The Monster Book Of Monsters
The book is about Care of Magical Creatures. This book is nasty and vicious from the outside, trying to bite the hand of anyone who opens it. The only way to calm the book down is to stroke its spine, upon which the book opens placidly. Flourish and Blotts stocked the book for a while, keeping a cage of them in the front window, but they tended to tear each other to shreds and the owner swore he'd never stock them again. The only thing worse, he said, was The Invisible Book of Invisibility, which they never could find once they got them in.
Moste Potente Potions
This large and moldy-looking book includes the recipe for Polyjuice Potion. The pages are damp-spotted and the recipes are illustrated with grotesque pictures. Some of the potions has effects almost too gruesome to think about, and there are some very unpleasant illustrations, which includes a man who seems to have been turned inside out and a witch sprouting several extra pairs of arms out of her head.
Sonnets of a Sorcerer
A book that you can not stop reading and eventually it will burn your eyes out.

Hi Lily. Thank you for the information. I didn't know there was a book called Sonnets of a Sorcerer.
ReplyDeleteI think you are an Auror, so could you please tell us how to become an Auror and how the Ministry of Magic actually is or how does it work? I know a little but the conception isn't too clear. Thank you. :)

Capt'n Ninlil. I'm absolutely delighted to see you here. NO you don't have to use Gilbert here. As long as I understand and love your accent, you shouldn't care about anything. =)
ReplyDelete*gapes at James because he mentioned the word 'Love' and is torn between giving a small thanks or just disapparating from his sight* Why thank you Potter *turns to another direction* //Haha geez! You have made me SO embarrassed with your excessive praise, but thanks so much anyway...//
