I have been extremely busy with my life out there, in the world of magic where I have numerous responsibilities to fulfill. I wish I could invent a charm to keep this blog running without sitting in front of this absolutely blistering monitor *sigh* Anyway, I'm glad to be back, to see my page after so long. Gosh it gives me a strange mental satisfaction!
So ok, here I brought a recipe for Butter Beer (finally!!), because now that I'm back home, I need a drink? *chuckles*
Rosmerta and I enjoyed making many drinks before this Halloween. She was eager to come because we are very good friends, we enjoy very good times cooking and chilling together, there another secret reason she was eager to come for was that I invited Sirius at the Halloween eve party and she knew it *chuckles* If they permit I might tell you someday. For now.. here comes your recipe...
BUTTER BEER
Ridiculous but those who don't know what a Butterbeer is! : It warms you up AND tastes great. Now in take-away form from The Three Broomsticks. (Many thanks to Rosmerta for this recipe!)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (8 oz) club soda or cream soda
- ½ cup (4 oz) butterscotch syrup (ice cream topping)
- ½ tablespoon butter
Directions:
Step 1: Measure butterscotch and butter into a 2 cup (16 oz) glass. Microwave on high for 1 to 1½ minutes, or until syrup is bubbly and butter is completely incorporated.
Step 2: Stir and cool for 30 seconds, then slowly mix in club soda. Mixture will fizz quite a bit.
Step 3: Serve in two coffee mugs or small glasses; a perfectly warm Hogwarts treat for two!

Now don't kill me, I know there are many students of Potionsmaster have been sneaking to know more of their extremely tantalizing professor's life. *swishes wand to pick one 1st year hiding under a bench and settles onto the top of it and smiles* So as I was saying, I'll be back soon with more of me and Severus or may be Black and Rosmerta as well!!
